D-Link Australia and New Zealand does not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Please contact your original point-of-purchase for their refund/return policy.

D-Link RMA has a repair process, we will replace the product under certain circumstances where our RMA Technicians are unable to resolve the fault.

RMA’s are to be returned to D-Link and must include the following:

1. A copy of the RMA form. this can be obtained from technical support by calling Australia 1300 766 868 or New Zealand 0800 900 900 and selecting option 2 when prompted
2. Proof of Purchase (I.e. tax invoice for the product, a copy is sufficient)
3. The faulty product (including all its complete accessories and packaging where possible in good condition)

D-Link warrants its hardware products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, for the following lengths of time from the date of purchase from D-Link Australia Pty Ltd or its Authorised Resellers in Australia and New Zealand.
