Terms & Conditions
This promotion cannot be combined with any other D-Link current promotion(s). This promotion may be VOID where prohibited or restricted by law. This promotion is only available to end user customers, not trade. Employees and their families of D-Link and participating resellers/retailers are not eligible to enter into this promotion. Promotion begins 1st February 2010 and ends on the 31st July 2010 inclusive. To be eligible you must have purchased D-Link product(s) over the value of $150.00 from any Australian or New Zealand retailer on the same invoice.
Each month a shortlist will be selected based on originality of answers and a winner will be selected from the short list. Winners will be selected based on the best answer provided. Your proof of purchase invoice date will be the month you will be participating in. Each short listed entry will be contacted to provide proof of purchase to validate being on the short list, the product serial number(s) will be checked that they haven't been used with other D-Link promotion(s). Should proof of purchase not be possible to be obtained and (or) the serial number(s) are not valid then another short listed entry will be selected to replace you. You therefore would forfeit your position on the short list. Each eligible winner will be notified by phone and announced on our web portal each month until promotion ends. You may be required to participate in marketing activities and you acknowledge that you agree to this at no charge.
Winners will be announced from the previous month in the first week of the new month. Total prize pool is $50,000. Each month a winner from Australia and New Zealand will each win approx $4000.00 worth of prizes. Prizes may vary. These prizes will be selected by D-Link and will include a TV, home theatre system, Laptop, and other products enabling a digital home total value $4,000 per winner. Installation only covers basic setup and does not cover any construction, additions, alterations, cabling, modifications or other which is the winners responsibility. Any installs will be done during working hours. Any warranty or technical support of non D-Link product will solely be the winners responsibility to action.
Only product originated from our local distribution is included. Products purchased outside of Australia and New Zealand not applicable. Products purchased from international on-line stores are not applicable and do not carry warranty. You must register at www.dlink.com.au/digitalmakeover and answer the question. D-Link reserves the right to alter, amend, or cancel this promotion without notice. Requests from invalid or undeliverable mailing addresses will be denied. This promotion is valid in Australia and New Zealand only. Limit of 1 entry per person and per household. Please allow up to 60 days to receive your prizes. By participating you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions. All decisions will be final. There will be no correspondence entered into.
