D-Link Father's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: The promoter is D-Link Australia Pty Ltd ("D-Link"), Level 9, 123 Epping Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or over. Employees of D-Link Australia Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period: The giveaway commences at 5:00 PM AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 11 September 2026.Entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter:
- Purchase one of the following eligible Father's Day promotional products from www.dlink.com.au during the promotional period: DUF-901, DUF-E01, DUP-A01, DCF-241, DPP-101 or DPP-201.
- Visit www.dlink.com.au/giveaway.
- Upload a valid proof of purchase (tax invoice or receipt).
- Complete the online entry form.
- Answer the following question in 25 words or less: Why does Dad deserve a D-Link 5G Wi‑Fi 6 Mobile Hotspot (DWR-500V) this Father's Day?
- Submit your entry before the promotion closing date
5. Entry Limit: Entrants may submit multiple entries during the promotional period. Each entry must be supported by a separate valid proof of purchase (tax invoice or receipt).One (1) valid tax invoice equals one (1) entry.
Multiple entries using the same tax invoice or proof of purchase will not be accepted.A maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per person.
6. Prize: There is one (1) prize to be won: 1 × D-Link DWR-500V 5G Wi-Fi 6 Mobile Hotspot RRP: AUD $349.95 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner Selection: This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and relevance to the promotional question. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Winner Notification: The winner will be selected on 14 September 2026 and notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, D-Link reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that D-Link may publish the winner's first name, surname initial and state or country of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Verification: D-Link reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and proof of purchase and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, misleading or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11. General Conditions: D-Link reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the promotion at any time where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, D-Link accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by entrants arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
13. Privacy: By entering this promotion, entrants consent to D-Link collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting entrants in relation to the promotion.
