The Home Entertainment Connection Kit from D-Link is quite simply the easiest way of connecting a Smart TV, Gaming Console or internet enabled device to your home network.
The kit comprises 2x 1000Mbps Powerline Adapters with passthrough (DHP-P601AV) and a 5 port Gigabit switch (DGS-1005A). This kit will allow you to transfer the Internet from your router to your home entertainment environment and provide 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports for you to connect items such as Smart TVs, gaming consoles, Personal Video Recorder, Media Hub and other Ethernet enabled devices to your network.
The DHP-P601AV PowerLine AV2 1000 Passthrough Kit is capable of delivering data transfer rates of up to 1000Mbps1. This rapid transmission speed makes it ideal for bandwidth-intensive applications, guaranteeing smooth HD video streaming, VoIP calls, and lag-free online gaming. The DHP-P601AV Adapters also feature an extra passthrough power socket to ensure that your electrical outlet remains available for use by another device while the PowerLine adapter is plugged into the socket. In addition, it prioritizes Internet traffic to help ensure that your streaming movies and music don’t skip or stutter while web surfing and downloading files at the same time. Now you can experience high-quality multimedia streaming throughout your home, all through your existing electrical wiring.

Noise Filtering Passthrough Socket
These PowerLine adapters also feature an extra passthrough power socket to ensure that your electrical outlet remains available for use by another electrical device while the PowerLine adapter is plugged into the socket. The passthrough socket feathers noise filtering which helps prevent signal noise from an electrical device plugged into the socket from affecting your PowerLine connection.
Power saving mode comes in handy
Power Saving mode reduces power consumption up to 85% when compared with existing PowerLine Adapters.
